I dont understand why a person would want to run only Linux on their Mac minis when dual booting can be a feasible alternative. ![]() Mac OS is based on a different architecture – NeXTSTEP, a Unix system. The Mac Mini I’m rescuing is a mid-2011 with i5-2415M, 2GB RAM and 500GB HDD, running macOS High Sierra (version 10. Both this machine and the mac mini only seem to have two usb ports: one for your keboard, one for your mouse. Or the most Mac-like Linux system I can think of is ElementaryOS. ![]()
